College pushes your body in ways no one really prepares you for.
Late nights, stress, skipped meals, caffeine, changing schedules. Overtime it can show up as feeling puffy, bloated, tired, or anxious, even when labs are “normal”, and you’re told it’s just part of college life. It doesn’t have to be.
I LOVE supporting this age group, and honestly, this age group reaches out to me a lot!
That’s why this year, I’m focusing on college age women with nutrition and lifestyle care tailored to your needs -focused on digestion, hormones, energy, restorative sleep, immune and nervous system health.
No diets.
No extremes.
Just practical foundations that work with your body and your real schedule.
