My go to breakfast now, it’s so filling and tastes AWESOME
3/4 cup Fage Total 0% yogurt
8 blackberries
3-4 pumps skinny mixes Peanut Butter Cup syrup
2 TBSP PB FIT powder
1/2 serving C4 Reese’s PB & Chocolate powder
1 TBSP flaxseed meal
1/8 cup Kodiak protein oats

Roughly 43G of protein per serving.

This and a cup of coffee with some mushroom powder and I’m ready for the day.

It is so filling, it’s not some little protein drink that leaves you filling hungry afterwards.

Other than the blackberries I mix everything for 3-4 days and the night before I smash in the berries.

This will be my excuse from this point on

Today it was 9 degrees outside, we have around 8” of fresh snow ❄️, unplowed roads and the shop where my treadmill is located takes forever to warm up.
So I flipped on the trusty GPS (Pacer App) and went to town at a slow job around the inside of the house.
Movement is moment and I haven’t missed my daily step goal in 60+ days and I’m not about to start now. 😂

Today was a rough one but it still ending great

Went on a binge and consumed a 1400cal donut 🍩 😂

45 min cardio (inclined treadmill)
15 min weight training

And just decided to end the day with what’s on the poster.

The 60lb goblet squats at the end were tough but completed. ✔️

It was a 💩 ton of sugar calories and carbs but it tasted so good.

Shocking what I can do now at 50 years old. I have dropped 90 pounds and my asthma/copd is under control now.
For the past few years I would get winded on long walks and stairs would kill me, now I can stay active and punish myself for bad decisions 🤣
