When we host/plan burial ceremonies in the nature preserve we often get asked “What if it rains?” We normally say “We get wet.” Sure, we can delay or postpone but some families embrace the beauty of the rain. This day was one of those days. Everything was fresh and green and rinsed of pollen and dust. We walked away washed clean on the other side of this ceremony (In more ways than one.)
