One simple adjustment that can make a big difference — your footwear.

So much new research has been released in the last few years about the impact of exercise on mom & baby 👏

We won’t bore you with the details, the overview: -training your abs is safe & recommended for diastasis
-strength training is protective
-exercise decreases incidence of gestational hypertension, diabetes & mental health disorders
-it does NOT increase risk of pelvic floor dysfunction
-no adverse outcomes for both mom or baby
