Tomorrow the clinic begins!!!

Please park in area designated for volunteers on the map. You will turn into the school parking lot off Park Ave. ALL volunteers need to check in at registration in the cafeteria (circled). Breakfast will also be served.

Good evening, everyone!!!! We are SO EXCITED!!!! The RAM folks are in Milton, FL! We wanted to provide some instructions for volunteer parking for tomorrow at Milton High School.

Volunteers will need to enter the school parking lot off Park Ave. Take the first right into the parking lot. Follow the parking lot around to the right toward the gym. Before you reach the gym, there is a yellow gate to the left. Go through the gate, drive past the fence and turn LEFT. Park on the grass field area and proceed directly to the gym.

Attached is a map with the area circled. This will be for FRIDAY ONLY.

We look forward to getting the clinic underway!

🚨 MAYDAY!!!! 🚨

We are in DESPERATE need of at least 4 volunteers for the parking lot crew for Saturday night!!! This is a mandatory piece of the clinic which has to be covered!

Hours are 6:30pm Saturday night until 6:30am Sunday morning. This could possibly be broken into shifts, but we have to have coverage of 4 people at all times.

Please comment below if you or someone you know is interested and we will contact you with additional information.

We are looking for 2-3 more volunteers that can help us with overnight parking lot needs on December 2nd. If you know someone that would be a good fit, please share this with them. There is a zoom parking lot training if anyone wants to learn more before signing up. I will post the information in the comments section.

November 16th is the last day for us to get all of our DENTISTS and DENTAL ASSISTANTS registered for the upcoming Remote Area Medical Clinic. As you can imagine, our community and neighbors are depending on this clinic. We are still DESPERATELY looking for these volunteers.
