Congratulations to Rissa, one of our June Employees of the Month! She is the LeConte Wellness Center Coordinator and has been part of our team for 23 years. Here is what we received in her nomination:

🌟 Rissa is a such a blessing. She’s always encouraging me to do better and makes exercising so much fun!

🌟 Rissa consistently helps others. Her positive attitude is infectious, and she makes a significant impact in our community!

🌟 Rissa has a very positive, optimistic demeanor and is always ready to listen. She maintains a high level of professionalism in her department and keeps a high standard of cleanliness in her environment. She is friendly to everyone she encounters.

When asked for the "why" behind her work, Rissa said: “I love helping people - whether it’s helping them with injuries or transition to wellness after surgery, teaching my iTone class, or just helping clients get back to track after a lay off. I believe that everyone can do hard things, but it starts with taking that first step and building on that. I love what I do, and I feel so fortunate that I get to make a living doing what I love."
