Blankets! How special is it to gift a custom blanket. It’s something I LOVE making. Here is a Star Wars crib blanket I made a while back. I’ve also done simple throws, and memory (tshirt) blankets.

This dress holds a special place for me. I’ve altered this friend’s dresses all throughout high school. Prom dresses, homecoming, and now here we are at senior prom 😢. It’s been special seeing her style evolve and contributing to some of her best memories.

Now, one thing about this friend is….sequins and beads and sparkles. Always with the embellishments (and I’m here for it!) I almost always end up doing a good portion of her dresses by hand because I want the details to be perfect…and have you ever been hit in the eye by a needle that hit a bead, broke off and went flying?! Because I have 🤣

We took 2.5 inches off the bottom here and brought the straps up an inch.

I love maintaining the original
Hem in pants by doing what is called an “invisible hem.” Took 2 inches off these paints and kept the cute detailed bottom.
