We get this question all the time, so we put together a blog that breaks it all down — from what to wear (yes, bathing suits are required!) to what to bring for the smoothest, sweatiest experience possible. 👉 What is the benefit of combining massage with contrast therapy?
Contrast therapy and massage are like a dynamic duo. They work together to boost circulation, reduce inflammation, and enhance recovery, leaving you feeling revitalized inside and out.

👉 Do I have to have a membership to book a massage?
No! We offer both massage memberships and single bookings. We even offer couples massages. ❣️

👉 Does my massage booking include time to enjoy the bathhouse?
Yes, your booking includes a 60-minute massage followed by two hours of bathhouse access with our saunas, cold plunges, and heated lounge furniture for an all-in-one integrated reset.

👉 What Sauna House locations offer this massage therapy?
Our Asheville, Durham, and Charlotte locations offer massage therapy. We’re incorporating massage across all locations through 2026.
