There was no shortage of creativity, movement, or laughter during Derby Day in Asheville! 🏇🌹

Residents spent the day designing festive hats, sharing stories, and participating in a Timed Up and Go “race” that brought a little friendly competition to therapy.

Moments like these remind us that progress does not always happen in a gym or treatment room. Sometimes it happens over shared laughter, a little creativity, and the confidence to take that next step.

Special thanks to Genevieve Yedlicka and the rehab team for making the day one to remember.

Functional Pathways has achieved a major milestone in dementia care.

We are proud to be the first rehabilitation provider recognized as a PAC Designated Organization through Teepa Snow and her Positive Approach to Care program.

This recognition reflects a strong commitment to providing person centered, relationship based care and equipping therapy teams with the training and tools needed to better support individuals living with dementia.
As care needs continue to grow and evolve, this designation helps ensure we are delivering thoughtful, informed care at every level.
