PSA!!!!!

Time to consolidate and streamline. This is probably the last post on this page. We rebranded years ago but chose to keep this page since most of our clients knew about. If you come to this page we are still in business but moved over to the new pages. So make sure you are in the portal for all the updated classes, courses, and free stuff coming in September.

If one thing 2020 has taught me that is flexibility. As we remained flexible this year we learned and grew in many new directions and improved old ones. Over the next 6 months we will be SLOWLY making many changes to better serve you.

We will be working smarter, consolidating and adding many new free services and resources to serve our clients.

One of the first things you will notice will be consolidation of online platforms and websites.

This page will be archived 12/31/2020. While we loved our Knoxville Wellness name we felt it was limiting by location name use and duplicated efforts and Comprehensive Wellness was more of who and what we do and are.. Do you have a parasite?

How to Naturally Dye Easter Eggs

Each dye color requires the same process—you just need to substitute the final ingredient to change the color.
Bring 1 quart of water, 1 tablespoon of salt, 2 tablespoons of vinegar, and 2 tablespoons of the respective fruit, vegetable, or spice (to create the color) to a boil.

Let simmer for 30 minutes, and then remove pot from burner. Be sure to strain the dye, and let sit until it's room temperature before dipping your eggs.

· For dark blue: Use blueberries.
· For light blue: Use red cabbage.
· For beige: Use coffee.
· For orange: Use onions.
· For yellow: Use saffron or carrot turmeric.
· For green: Use parsley or spinach.
· For purple: Use red wine.
· For pink: Use beets.

If you don't think color therapy works, then you haven't found the right bedspread. Currently this is the one I have. It will change when these colors no longer are needed.

Color therapy is an alternative therapy that uses colors and their frequencies to heal physical and emotional problems. It is also known as chromopathy, chromotherapy, or color healing.

Day 4: Consolidate and Automate. This is the theme for today. We will be announcing all the ways we have done this, both personally and professionally soon.

Here is the one we did yesterday/today. We consolidated all our emails to one account for both personally and professionally, so we never miss an email again. We also are doing this with our phone lines as well. There are so many tools to help set boundaries with the phone. Such as do not disturb, this allows those you want to get through and the others to wait. You can even set the time so it automatically turns on and off.

Day 2

Today I will share one of the changes we did in our office this week. Functionality. Yep, we opted for function verses appearance. We moved desks, chairs, and even computer positioning around. Can you say woohoo? The new layout is so functional we expect better productivity.

Are there spaces in your home or office that don't function? Take some time a rearrange. Make it quick as pondering steals time. Our quick change came from pain. Pain in the way the chair and desks aligned with the computer. It was putting stress on my leg and lower back which led to a hard time sleeping at night. Now with such a simple change I can see more clearly things around me, less stress on my back and leg, and a better layout. Change can be good and the results unexpectedly amazing. Check back tomorrow to fins out what those are.

Yesterday I asked you to write things down that you did and didn't like about the last few months. I invite you to look at each one of those items good and not so good and ask yourself what can and are you willing to change about them.

Example: Take turns going to each others family home for the holiday, choose to stay home and celebrate another day or even invite them to your home.

Traditions can be fluid and change as needs change.

Day 1 of why we wait until after Valentine's day to start change.

Things have calmed down from the holidays.

I invite you all to reflect back on what you liked and didn't like from the past few months and write them down.

Example: too many presents, too much going from one house to another, kids didn't do well with the change in routine.

Things like this, write them down. Tune in tomorrow to find out about Day 2 and what to do with the items you wrote down.

Day 1 of change for our business. Simplify. We are simplifying processes this week to make things run smoother and faster for our clients.

I'm so excited for this week to finally be here. As most of you know I always write at the end of the year about not setting New Year's resolutions and making big changes in January.

Find out more this week. Each day we're going to talk about why and the different things on how to start this New Year differently. It all starts tomorrow!

This even applies for business. We will be sharing our new changes for this year as well this week.

This year I will be alone for 3 hours. I'm so excited to have this alone time. It's hard to find those alone hours the last few years.
