Happy New Year’s!!! This is the perfect day to post about this sweet girl demolishing her goals!! She came to me with a very specific goal in mind - to compete in 2024!! She has stayed the course… upping her calories and upping her weights/workouts. We have been building muscle for the past year and look at this amazing transformation! We will start cutting (leaning out) around mid April and I’m so excited for y’all to see the final results of this process! I’m so proud of her phenomenal attitude and consistency ❤️💪
