And if you don't have anything you can use as a shipping box then just let us know and we can also mail a cardboard shipping box as well for you to use to mail us your products 😊

A quality company will have a good online reputation with YEARS of good reviews!

Unfortunately, there are many scammers out there…we’ve heard many stories from customers who have been victims of scam companies…companies that will lure them in with exceptionally high prices and then never pay them. Or companies that are just disorganized and end up taking weeks or even months before paying the customer.

Unfortunately damage that is done by USPS during shipping is not our responsibility. We always recommend packing supplies with extra packing materials and sometimes even double bagging them to avoid damage during transit, but if they arrive to us damaged we still are unable to buy them because we help source out diabetics supplies for people who cannot afford them and uninsured . We’re happy to help and we do apologize for the inconvenience but ultimately the carrier, USPS, is responsible for the damage not you or us. We may suggest taking out additional insurance on larger shipments if you feel necessary to do so. We appreciate your business and please feel free to reach out to us with any questions!
