Currently there are two brands of business under the Totality Living Well Umbrella. The first brand is Scott Williams Fitness (SWF), represented by the blue swirl in the wheel of life. SWF includes services in personal training, in-store grocery shopping trips, dietary plans specifically targeted for desired outcomes, massag

e therapy and hormonal guidance. The green swirl in the wheel of life represents financial wellness. Environmental health rounds out the wheel of life, which is represented by the brown swirl. These two divisions consist of an abundant amount of valuable tools, resources and educational tips in blogs to equip individuals with knowledge and empowerment. These blogs teach sound principles regarding budget planning and how to make your home a healthy sanctuary for clean living. TLW was founded on a passion to help others live the life that God intended. The second brand of business under TLW is Eats Best which is represented by the red swirl in the wheel of life. It centers around healthy eating choices for children and families. With Eats Best as a resource, families can enjoy eating together while building a healthier relationship with food. Not only that, but moms and dads can take the guess work and stress out of what to feed everyone and focus on the things that really matter with family relationships and personal development.

Sometimes the smallest additions create the biggest shifts. ✨☕️

We recently added creatine to our already established morning routine (Scott with hot tea and collagen, Michelle with coffee and collagen), and the difference has been immediate—better energy, better workouts, and better overall feel. We had been taking it midday in cold water with amino acids for years, but moving it into a habit we already enjoy has made it feel even better, far more seamless, and has become a great little hack we’ve recently incorporated together.

Creatine helps support cellular energy, strength, power output, recovery, and even cognitive function—one of the most researched and effective supplements out there.

This little corner also reminded us of something else: it’s time for creatine to get its own glass jar. One of the few remaining pieces of plastic left in our kitchen after a 3-year overhaul to reduce plastic in our kitchen and home, as we’ve been steadily choosing cleaner, simpler swaps wherever we can.

Wellness is rarely one giant overhaul. It’s often small intentional choices—what we add, what we upgrade, and what we repeat consistently.

Always refining. Always learning. Always creating a home and body that feel well cared for. ✨
