I don’t rush bodies back to baseline.
I let them return in their own time.

February’s work is about steadiness,
not effort.

Because weather has closed our doors today, we open the body instead.

When the world feels loud, uncertain, or frightening, the body often holds what the mind cannot process—especially in the hips.
This is not because something is “wrong,” but because the body is wise. It protects first.

Today’s Osteo Thai Yin sequence is offered as a quiet place to land.
Nothing to fix. Nothing to force.
Just a slow unwinding—allowing the hips, nervous system, and breath to soften together.

Move slowly. Skip anything that doesn’t feel right.
Stillness is medicine.

🌿 Osteo Thai Yin – Hip-Centered Practice (30–45 min)

1. Reverse Co**se / Crocodile Pose
3–5 minutes
Lie on your belly or slightly turned to one side. One knee bent, arms relaxed.
Let the front of the hips melt into the ground.
Cue: Feel the earth holding you. No effort required.

2. Half Sphinx Pose
2–3 minutes each side
Forearm down, chest gently lifted, opposite leg relaxed.
Cue: Soften the belly. Let the hip crease open without pushing.

3. Half Cow Face Pose (Gomukhasana legs, reclined or upright)
3–4 minutes each side
Support generously with blankets or blocks.
Cue: If sensation speaks, listen—but don’t argue.

4. Reclining Hero (Supta Virasana)
3–5 minutes
Bolsters under the spine and hips as needed.
Cue: This is a shape of trust. Back out early if knees or low back speak up.

5. Reclining Hero with One Knee to Chest
2–3 minutes each side
From hero, draw one knee in to neutralize.
Cue: Let one side rest while the other softens.

6. Butterfly (Supta or Seated Baddha Konasana)
4–6 minutes
Feet together, knees supported.
Cue: Hands to belly or heart. Notice the breath without changing it.

7. Half Happy Baby
2–3 minutes each side
One knee in, one leg long.
Cue: Rock gently if it feels soothing—stillness is optional.

8. Banana Pose
2–3 minutes each side
Arms and legs arc to one side.
Cue: Feel the side body stretch like a long exhale.

9. Co**se Pose / Savasana
5–10 minutes
Cover the body. Let the practice settle.
Cue: You don’t need to understand what released. Just receive the quiet.

Some of the largest voices in personal development, wellness, and “conscious leadership”—people worth hundreds of millions of dollars, with audiences in the millions—are choosing silence while the U.S. is actively unraveling.

These are people who speak endlessly about:
• courage
• integrity
• nervous system healing
• “doing the hard thing”
• truth
• leadership

And yet—when real people are being harmed by policy, when bodies are being legislated, when democracy itself is strained—they suddenly have nothing specific to say.

Let me be clear:

This isn’t about demanding agreement with my politics.
This is about moral consistency.

If your brand is built on “being awake,” “being brave,” or “leading with values,” then strategic silence is not neutrality. It is a business decision.

And I understand why it happens:
• Silence protects revenue
• Silence keeps sponsors
• Silence avoids alienating half the audience

But call it what it is.

Don’t sell awakening while practicing avoidance.
Don’t teach embodiment while dissociating from reality.
Don’t profit from “leadership” while refusing the cost of it.

Inner work that never touches the outer world isn’t wisdom.
It’s insulation.

I’m done pretending this doesn’t matter.

Tension isn’t the problem.
It’s information.

Many people aren’t tight because they’re rigid.
They’re tight because they’ve been capable for too long.

The body softens when it realizes
it doesn’t have to hold everything alone.

When you know, you know….

01/22/2026

Most bodies don’t need fixing.
They need to realize they are no longer being managed.

Stillness is not collapse.
It’s what the nervous system does when it finally feels safe.

This is the work.

Something is stirring.

A new kind of offering.
A new kind of return.

Not to work.
Not to pressure.
Not to the version of you who had it all figured out.

But to the body.
To the breath.
To the quiet wisdom that’s never left you.

I’ve been shaping something for February.
Something soft.
Something sacred.
Something that holds you gently.

Available tomorrow-
For now… just breathe, relief is coming.
