How can you tell what is causing pain with Parkinson's disease?
Is that pain from injury, arthritis, Parkinson's, dystonia, or that damn deck-of-cards workout?
A common symptoms of Parkinson's is pain but it is difficult to tell when it is PD and when it isn't and what do to about it. Dr. Tolleson has some ideas.

Parkinson's disease can cause muscles stiffness and weakness throughout the body. This means that you might not be able to turn your torso as easily which affects your gait, balance and posture. But, daily exercises like these can help keep you turning and burning.

You will need a ball of some sort and a chair. I will walk you through about 10 rotational exercises you can do as a workout along with a warmup and stretch. You can either do this as a workout or add these exercises to your other workouts.
Just as long as you do them.

But, it isn't lost forever.
These exercises will help you improve your balance and speed of movement. If you take some time every day to work on your balance, and dedicate a little bit of every workout to a power exercise, you can make good improvement.
