I have figured out that UNFORTUNATELY when I eat cane sugar - even organic - I get a migraine. sigh…boooooo! We love raw milk and cereal at my house but I needed a cereal with a little bit of sweetness. Seven Sundays uses maple syrup or coconut sugar to sweeten their cereal and it doesn’t give me a headache! It’s still sweet so it needs to be eaten in moderation :)

We were created to be in constant communion with God which means we were designed to be constantly joyful. This seems like an impossible task because of life’s challenges. Try asking God to help you meditate on His truth and see if your joy and contentment improves - even in terrible circumstances.

I can’t even walk down the candle aisle at the store without getting a headache. My body knows how detrimental synthetic fragrances are and warns me to run far far away! It’s SO MUCH better to bottle up the fragrances given to us by our creator. Not only are they lovely, they are healing. Win-win!

This is by far my favorite scripture. To me, it’s one of the most challenging scriptures because shrinking back would be so much easier than persevering in faith. But, I am called to persevere in faith so that’s what I am going to do.

Nutrition is an obnoxiously complicated topic…but it doesn’t have to be! This book is full of information on how to feed your kiddos actual healthy food that tastes good! It’s easy to understand as well. Read it!
