🩵Help keep our community fed this November!

This November, Rigazzi is rallying to support the food pantry operated by — a safe, inclusive space that provides food, snacks, personal-care items, and fresh produce, all without questions asked.

Too many folks in our region face food insecurity, and organizations like Knox Pride make a real difference.
You can help in two powerful ways:

✅Donate items — Think granola bars, cereal, crackers, fruit cups, mixed nuts, etc. Their wish list is available online (link in our bio).

✅Give money — Even a small gift helps purchase items in bulk and keep the fridge stocked 24/7.

Let’s show up for our neighbors this month. If you’re able, please drop by with donations or make a gift and share this post to spread the word.

In addition, during the month of November, all Rigazzi proceeds from classes will be donated to support Knox Pride’s pantry.

📍 Drop-off location: 4044A Chapman Hwy, Knoxville, TN 37920 (Tue-Sat 11 am-4 pm) during their open hours.

Printshop Yoga was filled with beautiful souls today. A full house indeed. Trace subbed for Kandace, and the class moved with the flow.

The intention and meditation was set around the theme of impermanence. And the quote read at the end of class was taken from Pema Chödrön:

“Nothing is static or fixed. That all is fleeting and impermanent, is the ordinary state of affairs. Everything is in process. Everything—every tree, every blade of grass, all the animals, insects, human beings, buildings, the animate and the inanimate—is always changing, moment to moment.”

We are stoked to welcome Katelyn Foley to the Rigazzi team!

Katelyn is a classically certified instructor for both Pilates Mat and Apparatus through Core Pilates in New York City. Since graduating from Core Pilates NYC in 2010 she has worked in private studios, health clubs, and runner’s clubs in both Manhattan and Brooklyn, NY. Pilates has also taken Katelyn to Sydney, Australia where she was asked to be a resident instructor. In 2014 she moved to Boston and started a Private Practice and became a Pilates Teacher Trainer. Katelyn was Faculty for a group in-training in Knoxville, TN. She fell in love with the city, food, people, and made the move permanent in 2023.

Katelyn has experience working with special populations including injury prevention, sport-specific training, as well as prenatal and postpartum clientele. Paired with a background in dance her sessions are fluid and challenging.
When not teaching she loves to do Pottery, explore vintage stores, and teach her cats fun tricks.

This year, Rigazzi got involved in something special.
Because our community is the foundation of who we are, Rigazzi decided to be sponsors of this year’s Neon Racing Team, the only all women’s racing team in Knoxville!

is in their second year, and last year they blew us away. These dedicated women have impressed and inspired us with their commitment to the sport of cycling, as well as to each other. Their stats alone are impressive with 76 races completed last year, and of those, 46 podium finishes!
