Frog Juice is owned and operated by Frog Greishaw. A vetted craft cocktail bartender, she has moved from behind the stick to supplying some of Chicago's best bars and restaurants with kombucha and Jun as either a non-alcoholic option or as a cocktail ingredient. Relocating the brewery to East Tennessee in 2017, Frog Juice is now available in Knoxville, Maryville, Townsend, and Sevierville, TN as well as Chicago.
Frog Juice is dedicated to providing delicious kombucha and Jun with leaving as little of a carbon footprint possible. How is this done? We only use organic and fair trade ingredients and produce from local farmers (when possible). Moving to East Tennessee has been a huge help in this effort as this is a very agriculturally rich area. We use only earth friendly cleaning products and sanitizers. We believe that the energy you put in to your food while preparing it is directly related to how your food makes you feel, so we strive to be in a good personal space whenever bottling or batching to prevent any "emotional contamination". The kombucha and Jun mothers are kept in air quality and temperature controlled greenhouses to let them do their work in optimal conditions. These spaces are also enhanced with gemstone and crystal grid work to heighten the vibrational frequencies of the brewing process. Sounds hokey? Crystals and gemstones have been scientifically proven to emit vibrational frequencies. "Silicon is used in every single computer and cell phone processor, and liquid crystals comprise the display screens of these devices. Quartz (a type of silicate mineral) is used in watches and clocks to help them tell time, because it helps stabilize and regulate the flow of energy."
