This recognition is a testament to the more than 14,000 Covenant Health team members who show up every day committed to keeping patients safe. As our President and CEO Jim VanderSteeg shared: "This achievement is a testament to our commitment to provide exceptional patient care that individuals and families can trust. I’m proud that all nine of our hospitals meet this high standard, thanks to

The Leapfrog Group evaluates hospitals on more than 30 measures including errors, accidents, injuries, infections and the systems in place to prevent them. Earning straight A's across all nine facilities in East Tennessee is no small feat, and we couldn't be prouder.
