Happy St. Patrick’s day Peeps!!
Thought I would make today pancake day in my household 🥞. I added some extra things to our batter to make it a little more nutrient dense, like collagen, maca, ASHWAGANDHA, cinnamon and seed flour. I’ll write down the recipe so you can try it out and see if you like it.

Also, how delicious is this matcha drizzle 🤤, don’t let the green full you cause it’s quite delicious. It’s a matcha tahini drizzle and here’s how you can make it.
2 TBSP of tahini
1 TBSP of matcha or keto matcha
2 tbsp of water.
1/2 lemon, squeezed.
1 tsp of maple syrup.
Whisk all the ingredients together and drizzle over your paleo pancakes.

Here’s the recipe for some delicious paleo pancakes.
1 1/2 cups of paleo mix.
1 1/3 cup of UNSWEETENED almond milk. We make our own with the
1 tsp of cinnamon.
1/4 tsp of ASHWAGANDHA
1/2 tsp of gelatinized maca.
2 TBSP of seed flour.
2 TBSP of vanilla collagen
Whisk all dry ingredients together making sure everything is well combined. Add the milk and whisk well. In a hot griddle add the pancake mix until browned.
Top with a grain free granola, blueberries and some of that tahini matcha drizzle.

Hope you all are doing well, it’s insane what is happening in this world right now but we have to keep in mind we could be in worse things or situations. The uncertainty can drive someone mad that’s for sure but my advice is go outside, sit and be still. Stay grounded and take deep breaths. Go on a nature hike if there is one near you or even do some meditation 🧘🏻♀️ outdoors.
This event or season shall pass and we would look back and realize how strong we were together.
