💐 BIRTH BOUND 💐

Cheers for April babies!! I am en route to support my first of four (and maybe five depending on one sweet baby girl!) April babies’ birthdays.

Let’s have a baby!! 🤍🤰🏼

P.S. this is about 8 hours late - we’re having too much fun laboring over here!

I didn’t choose birth work overnight. Sometimes I think it chose me, finding me somewhere during quiet nights dreaming my wildest dreams. From listening to birth stories (s/o to office jobs, AirPods, & good podcasts!) to becoming a mother myself, every step has led me here.

Now I get to walk alongside women in one of the most transformative moments of their lives, and that is something I will never take lightly.

If you’re pregnant and looking for steady, informed, compassionate support, I would love to be part of your story 🤍

Now booking August - December 2026 births.

my beautiful mom + beautiful baby!! in the sunshine!! on Easter Sunday ☀️🩷

The second picture is my maternal grandmother holding me. She was a nurse’s assistant in rural East Tennessee, working labor & delivery night shifts for decades.

I wish I could ask her now, while I’m supporting families, what she saw in those rooms: the hard moments, the beautiful ones, the ones that stayed with her.

I’d give anything to hear her stories. Grateful to continue the family tradition 🤍

prenatal yoga!! Tuesdays @ 10am!! led by the wonderful 🤰🧘‍♀️

What a treat to watch Ali lead a class for the second time – she’s calm & steady. Holding babies & keeping the vibes light reminding her students to say something kind to themselves 🤍

If you’re the designated birth partner: congratulations and also take a deep breath 🤍🤪

I’m a doula and birth photographer, which means I’ve had a front row seat to a lot of births and I can always tell when a partner feels confident vs. when they’re just and hoping for the best.

Good news: you don’t need a medical degree.
You don’t need a perfect script.

But you do need to know how to stay steady, pay attention, and not panic when things get intense.

These are the three things that actually matter, and what I teach in my partner-centered class here in Knoxville.

Tag your partner or birth support team member (lovingly) so they can study up 🤍

As your doula, I love to hold a hand. Anytime you want, I’ve got you.
As your photographer, I love to capture your partner holding you.

Partners tend to observe and stay close in labor. Observing and learning the rhythm (offering physical support, water, etc.) while in awe of the beauty that is childbirth.

The hand on your leg.
The quiet “you’re doing amazing”
Some will watch the clock and remember the exact moment you’re due for a nurse / visitor / etc.

Different births, different couple, and I see this again and again.
That steady, grounded kind of support you can melt into. 🤍

💌 MY SERVICES 💌

Support you can feel. Moments you can keep.

As your doula, I’m there with you through every wave, every decision, every shift. Your story is captured along the way, without pulling focus from your experience.

You don’t have to choose between support and photos. 🤍

🍀 BIRTH BOUND 🍀

I am en route to my 4th (!!!) March baby’s delivery at the always incredible 🤍

This month has been a whirlwind of gorgeous moments meeting families where they are, and I hope this feeling never gets old.
