My name is Chanel and I’m a Health Navigator for ASPIN, Affiliated Service Providers of Indiana, which is a non-profit organization based out of Carmel, IN; however, I have a remote position and located in Kokomo, IN. My services cover Howard, Wabash, Miami, and Cass Counties. As a Health Navigator, I provide free assistance with health insurance enrollments through the Federal Marketplace and state health plans such as Medicaid (HIP, Hoosier Healthwise, CHIP). All services are FREE because my position is funded by grants! I’m able to provide assistance right over the telephone, in person, or virtual via zoom, and continue to follow up with clients beyond just the application process to ensure they get the health insurance that they need.
