Today’s lunch!! Easy protein meal! There is 52.25 grams of protein for the whole thing! I split it into 2 meals which is right about 8 oz in each meal (1 rounded cup)!
So 26.125 grams of protein per meal! New favorite meal! Can’t wait to try other combinations!
