picked on child not only by my peers but also by my family. Determined to
help people around me achieve great health I have become a health and
fitness coach. As a specialist in Fitness Nutrition, I am able to assist you with your nutrition. As Certified Fitness Trainer, I am
able to teach and guide you through the exercises you may need to achieve your goals. Through proper nutrition, mobility and determination you can achieve better health and I am here to help, encourage, inspire and cheer you on!

Today, I saw a man with prosthetics on both legs from the knee down walking from one machine to another.
Today, I saw a man without legs from the knee down, wheeling himself from one machine to another.
Today, I saw a down syndrome lady wiping one machine and moving to another.
I have herniated discs, which are getting worse causing CONSTANT pain in my leg and I'm here moving from one machine to another.
What the heck kind of excuse do you THINK you have?!
