Hot Honey Protein Bowl
Ingredients (per bowl):
½ avocado, sliced
½ cup roasted sweet potatoes (cubed)
½ cup cooked ground meat (beef, turkey, or chicken)
¼–½ cup cottage cheese
Drizzle of hot honey
Salt & pepper to taste
Instructions:
Roast Sweet Potatoes: Toss cubes with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Roast at 400°F (200°C) for 20–25 minutes until tender.
Cook Ground Meat: Season with your favorite spices and cook until browned.
Assemble: In a bowl, layer sweet potatoes, ground meat, avocado slices, and cottage cheese.
Finish: Drizzle with hot honey and sprinkle with a pinch of salt and pepper.
