To continue the celebration of our 10 year anniversary, here's another spotlight on one of our long time patients, Rich! Rich has been seeing Michelle for almost 20 years and followed her when she moved to Perform. We are so proud and inspired by how hard he has always worked! Here's what he had to say:

This month you have successfully made a significant milestone in your career and have assisted many individuals that needed your assistance to regain confidence and strength with a disability or injury. You have made an impressive contribution to many individuals to strengthen their confidence.

"I have been a patient of Michelle's since 2006. I have followed her every step of the way and I can say congratulations on your anniversary. You have been my physical therapist for years and also a good friend. Thanks for your service and commitment, and best of luck for the years to come!"

Today's spotlight is on our former and hopefully future employee Tess! We are so proud of you and love watching you crush PT school and marathoning!! Here's what Tess has to say :"I would not be where I am today without Perform!
As I was deciding what I wanted to do after high school, Al and Michelle were gracious enough to let me shadow at the clinic. Observing the immense knowledge of every therapist, their kindness and the positive change they made in their patient’s lives inspired me to pursue a career in physical therapy!

I am so grateful for the summers I was able to work as a PT tech at Perform; I connected with so many awesome patients and learned valuable skills that have helped me throughout PT school. Every interaction I had with patients and PTs gave me confidence and pushed me to grow as a clinician and person. They have made a lasting impact on me that will influence me for my entire career and life. Thank you Perform for everything!!!" Mary has been an inspiration for all of us, consistently redefining what it means to age gracefully! She has set the bar high for us, and we at Perform are constantly striving to keep up with her!! Thank you Mary for sharing your story!! "I started running and doing triathlons in my 40’s and 5 years into it, I found Al and Michelle Fink and started Physical Therapy with them before Perform.  I was elated when they started their own business, Perform Physical Therapy as my hip, piriformis and lumbar disc issues have been treated and corrected with their treatment plans.  I have reached out to Michelle in several physical crisis’s, and she has been able to find solutions.  Their focus on keeping you active has been a blessing and has kept me pursuing running, swimming, biking, Pilates and competing in 10K, half marathons and triathlons. They have treated my entire family and extended family.  Congratulations to 10 years!  You keep me feeling younger!" Thank you for your support, hard work, and dedication! Starting off the week strong with another 10 year celebratory post! Margaret is very special to us!!! We have enjoyed seeing her dedication as a high school, college, and professional runner. So proud of her continued success as a new mom and sub 5 minute miler!!! Here is Margaret's story! "I've been running competitively since 5th grade, and now as a new mom juggling training and baby duties, Perform has been my go-to for keeping me healthy. Michelle and Al have been there through high school races, college meets, and now as I navigate postpartum running. Even while living out of state as a semi-pro runner chasing the dream, I made a point of visiting Perform whenever I returned home, relying on their expertise for any aches and pains. Here's to celebrating a decade of successes together and looking forward to many more miles ahead!" Margaret, it’s been amazing to witness your journey and achievements. We’re always excited to see you and cheer you on. Here’s to many more miles together!
