Food plays such an impactful role in your oral health! Here are four 4th of July foods your teeth will love 😇: grilled chicken and veggies for protein, fresh berries and watermelon for hydration and antioxidants, crunchy veggies like carrots and celery to naturally clean your teeth, and iced tea or water with lemon to keep you refreshed and rinsed. 🥗🍉🍗🥤
But don’t forget to watch out for sticky BBQ sauces, sugary popsicles, chips that get stuck in your teeth, and acidic drinks like soda and sweet cocktails. A quick rinse with water (and brushing after the fireworks 🎆) can go a long way!
