Every single person who walks through my door gets a hug.
Not because it’s “my thing” or because it’s cute for Instagram — but because I believe in what that moment does for your nervous system, your brain chemistry, and your soul 🧠
We are wired for connection. Deep, safe, physical touch signals to the brain that we’re not alone, that we’re safe, that we can drop our shoulders and finally take a full breath. It releases oxytocin — the “bonding hormone” — which lowers stress hormones, supports immune function, and helps your body shift into healing mode 🧘🏻♀️
In a world where so many people go entire days, weeks, even months without meaningful touch, I want my office to be the place you feel seen, held, and cared for — not just adjusted. Because chiropractic is about more than bones and muscles; it’s about rewiring your body’s relationship with safety, connection, and healing ❤️🩹
So yes — expect the hug.
Expect the deep touch.
Expect me to care enough to look you in the eyes and remind you that YOU and YOUR BODY are worth loving into wholeness 💛
