✨ A Beautiful Twin Birth Experience ✨

As a homebirth midwife assistant with Gentle Harbor Midwifery, I had the privilege of witnessing one of the most awe-inspiring and intimate moments a family can experience—the birth of twins at home. 💫

The energy was filled with love, support, and the strength of the mother. From the early stages of labor to the arrival of the second little one, the entire process was nothing short of magical. Every moment was a beautiful reminder of the power of nature and the bonds formed between family, midwife, assistant and doula.

It was an honor to be part of such a profound experience, supporting the mother and family every step of the way. The connection and the trust that a homebirth brings is something that stays with you forever.

To all the strong mothers out there, whether giving birth at home or elsewhere, you are incredible!! 🌸

I’m excited to start the month off today moving with you mamas! Today is Workout + Walk (FREE Mommy & Me Meetup!) at 9:30am and Postpartum Recovery®️ Fitness FRIDAYS AT 5PM. Come join us!

Yoga at the Civic starts up again in 2 weeks! Remember to pre-register for the series if you can so I have the minimum to run all the days! Those & Workout + Walks (weather depending) are the only drop in classes I have for you this month.

Super happy to announce one of my hypnobirthing Moms gave birth to a healthy baby boy this morning at 8:25!! 🥰
Being able to teach this couple valuable information that helped them achieve the birth they wanted and able to help them even further more by being their doula has me feeling so blessed, honored, and satisfied with the beautiful outcome!! Always a pleasure working along side Terrie and Leah at Gentle Harbor Midwifery!
