Beef is pasture raise and grown without the use of hormones, steroids, antibiotics, or vaccines. Grain finished on a blend of non gmo corn, sorghum, alfalfa, grass, oats, barley, silage and triticale. The blend of high quality grains result in superior flavor and marbling.
