We are turning October into Socktober! All month long, the 215 Kids will be collecting new socks for our homeless shelter. You can find the bins in the front foyer at check-in! 🧦🧦

Every day we are faced with a choice: to walk in the light or give in to the darkness. Good and evil both fight for our attention, but only one leads to life.

Romans 12:21 reminds us, “Do not be overcome by evil, but overcome evil with good.”

Start this week with purpose. Choose what is right even when it’s hard. Speak truth when lies are louder. Love when hate tries to win. Stand firm in faith, knowing that Christ has already overcome the world. ✝️

“Father, forgive them, for they do not know what they are doing.” – Luke 23:34

Even in His greatest suffering, Jesus chose forgiveness. While being mocked, beaten, and crucified, His words weren’t of anger or revenge, they were of mercy.

Forgiveness is not about excusing wrongs but about releasing them into God’s hands. When we forgive, we walk in the footsteps of Christ, letting His love be greater than our pain.

What a blessing it was to see our community come together to honor Jesus in the midst of so much tragedy recently. Tonight we came together to honor Charlie Kirk, a man with conviction that always kept Christ as his foundation and truth. We’re so thankful to have had Charlie to spread the Gospel and spiritual truth that is needed in these times. We pray peace and wisdom over his wife and children, and to those impacted in wake of all the recent tragedies that have occurred.
