A common misconception is that micro dosing is about getting high or altering reality.

When actually, micro dosing is taking small amounts with an intention to enhance or improve our ability to engage with our life, self and others.

It’s not meant to cause hallucinations, or take your brain offline.

What happens is much quieter - people find a relief in tension, more ease,

The inner critic turned down and more access to intuition,

Feeling more present, more connected, more easily able to access joy…

For a lot of people who’ve been carrying something heavy for a long time, it can feel like a quiet shift back towards themselves - with permission to set the weight down and support for starting to unpack it.

NADA Acudetox Training - May 1-3, 2026 - Lafayette, CO

You're invited to join the next NADA Acudetox Specialist (ADS) training and learn how to incorporate the 5-point ear acupuncture protocol to support addiction recovery, mood and mental health, trauma and crisis response.

Acudetox is an evidence-informed and extremely effective modality that involves inserting 5 acupuncture needles into specific points in the ear. This can result in:

When we work with mushrooms intentionally, the magic is endless.

Today I worked with my favorite dose - the meso dose - more than a micro but not the full macro.

Working with plant medicines has brought me

❤️ more presence and awareness

💚decreased depression and anxiety

💜a deeply connective and personal relationship with God and Spirit

❤️ ability to discern when my life is out of alignment and shifts need to be made

💚 reliance and trust on my intuition to guide me even through uncertainty.

Disclaimer: no two experiences are ever the same and no two people are the same. The meso dose is something I’ve only worked with after building a deep relationship with the medicine and my own intuition over the course of several years. It can knock you down or lift you up. Findings showed participants who received one high dose psil*cybin session coupled with a CBT (cognitive behavioral therapy) had six times greater odds of being smoke free six months after treatment, compared to those who received a ni****ne patch with CBT.

40% of the psil*cybin group were ni****ne free at six months vs. 10% of the ni****ne patch group.

These results suggest that psilocybin holds potential in the treatment of to***co use disorder and, along with other psychedelics, should be investigated further for to***co and other substance use disorders.

So many women say the same thing:
