Today, I want to take a moment to shine a light on what true dedication really looks like.
Taneara exemplifies commitment in every sense of the word. Support Coordination is not an easy role—it requires patience, advocacy, emotional intelligence, and an unwavering dedication to the individuals we serve. Now, imagine carrying that responsibility while also taking on the rigorous demands of Nursing School—and still showing up fully, consistently, and with purpose.
That level of determination speaks volumes.
Always engaged in agency activities, always striving for growth, and always leading by example, Taneara reflects what it looks like when an organization doesn’t just serve individuals—but also supports the dreams and development of its staff. This is another powerful reminder of how COA Cares.
I would never turn down the invitation or the opportunity to cheer on one of our everyday heroes. Moments like these deserve celebration—spotlighting resilience, honoring perseverance, and applauding the relentless pursuit of excellence.
