Coal Creek Post Acute & Assisted Living is among the elite 19% of SNFs that earned a “High Performing” rating, the highest possible achievement. You can see the facility’s ratings, along with related data and descriptions, on its U.S. News Profile page.

A High-Performing rating means that a home is eligible to promote its award by displaying a U.S. News-trademarked Best Nursing Homes award “badge” (logo) on websites, social media, advertisements, signage, recruiting materials, video, mailings, plaques, and other promotional media.
