Here's what I mean by that: During Winter you feel how DEEPLY tired you are, because you're not being bolstered by the sun, warmth, and extra upward and outward energy that Spring, Summer, and Fall provide.
I know, this reality totally sucks to feel! The good news is that Winter's inward and downward energy will help you rest well and sleep deeply if you let yourself surrender to it. I know that this is easier said than done for the high-acheiving, Energizer bunny that you used to be.
