If sleep feels out of reach (because let’s be honest, it often is), look for moments of rest instead, i.e. laying down while baby sleeps, asking for help, saying no to extra obligations, or simply pausing and breathing.
Rest supports your physical recovery, regulates your emotions, and helps you be more present with your baby. Give yourself permission to rest... without guilt. 💕
