Sometimes you just have to stay home and make pizza.
Friday turned into a full blown pizza lab at my house with flour everywhere 🍕🧪.
I spent the afternoon testing recipes for our 🎉 Birthday Bash Pizza Station, and y’all… these are GOOD.
We’ll be firing them in our Piezanao Pizza Ovens 🔥 — I’m fully obsessed with these powerhouses. I’ve bought four so far (not all for me… they make the best gifts). You’ll get to see them in action during the celebration.
We will have 3–4 pizzas, a lineup of EVOO + balsamic drizzles 🫒✨, and recipe cards so you can recreate the magic at home.
Here are three of the pizzas we’ll be making for you on Thursday!
1. The Acadiana Orchard: Caramelized Apples, roasted pecans, Cinnamon and white cheddar on a Basil Infused EVOO crust, finished with Cinnamon Pear Dark Balsamic.
2. Custom Pepperoni: Classic pepperoni and mozzarella with a guest's choice of Jalapeno EVOO (Heat), Pineapple White Balsamic (Sweet), or 18-Year Tradional (Classic).
3. The Specialty Pesto: Pesto Infused EVOO base with spinach, tomato, and red onion, finished with Sicilian Lemon White Balsamic.
