April is Alcohol Awareness Month—a time to raise awareness and understanding of alcohol use and misuse. It offers communities a chance to gain more understanding of how individuals struggle with alcohol use and offers resources and support. Harmony House Domestic Violence Shelter, Inc. Thank you for bringing awareness to LaGrange College for
Sexual Assault Awareness Month. The Survivor Art Installation featured yesterday, What Were You Wearing, was very raw and moving. The month of April is an opportunity to listen to and honor survivors in our communities. It is a time to show those who have been impacted by sexual violence that they are not alone. It is also an opportunity to learn more about what sexual violence in the digital age looks like. Thank you for the work, education and awareness you continue to share with us.

Join us for a virtual Youth Mental Health First Aid training on May 17 from 9 am - 3 pm!

If you are an adult who regularly interacts with youth, this is a fantastic opportunity to gain resources and learn strategies for keeping them safe! Participants in this session will learn how to help an adolescent who is experiencing a mental health or addictions challenge or is in crisis.

Registration closes when our capacity limit of 20 participants has been met or at 5 pm on Monday, April 29.
