1 Year of Movement, Community & Gratitude 🍾

This Sunday marks one full year of movement, growth, and community, and I couldn’t let it pass without saying thank you. 🤍

To celebrate, I’m offering a Donation-Based Aerial Yoga class this Saturday to celebrate one full year of showing up, moving our bodies, and building something truly special together.

This class is about movement appreciation, not perfection. Whether you’ve been here since the beginning or are stepping into the studio for the first time, you are welcome here. This is our chance to slow down, float, breathe, and appreciate all that our bodies have carried us through this past year.

Still riding the post-Thanksgiving glow! 🧡
Yesterday I had the joy of teaching these two amazing women in their very first pole class, and they absolutely crushed it! 💪✨

Starting something new right after the holiday weekend? That’s the kind of energy I love to see. So proud of them for showing up, trying something different, and bringing such good vibes into the studio.

Here’s to new beginnings, strong bodies, and having fun while doing it! 🩶🥰

Sometimes life reminds us to pause.
Lately, I’ve been pulled in many directions, between work, responsibilities, and simply being human. On top of that, I’ve been sick for the last couple of weeks, and my body made it very clear that it was time to slow down.
Yesterday was the first day since being sick that I was able to step back into my yoga practice, and I enjoyed it more than ever. I was completely grateful just to touch the grass barefoot again, to look up at the sky, to breathe in the fresh air, and feel the trees around me as I moved through my asanas.
That moment reminded me that it’s okay to pause. It’s okay to step away, to rest, to reset. The world won’t fall apart if you take time to care for yourself; in fact, everything feels a little clearer and softer when you do. 🌿
So if you’ve been feeling stretched thin lately, this is your sign: rest isn’t a setback. It’s part of the process, and when you return, you might just find even more gratitude waiting for you.
