Karma Yoga in the Park is all about finding your path to doing the right thing. We offer donation based 1 hour yoga classes for all level yogis in some of the most beautiful settings thru out Southern Cal. Our teachers are all highly passionate individuals, Yoga Alliance and CPR certified and insured. WE are here to support and help you grow on your path, assist and adjust for healing and change and share with each other thru the gifts of yoga…Namaste`
Suggested donation is $20, 25% of ALL monies collected go towards local charities of teachers choice.

Yep U got that right!! Join me today and every Wednesday and Friday 10am Karma Yoga in the Park, Montage Hotel property South Laguna for Fascia Release Yoga!!!
Today's focus? KNEES, HIPS, ANKLES, SHINS and FEET!! Even though the knee is a hinge joint there is still rotation and I will teach you how to manipulate to increase blood flow, synovial fluid production and to release constrictions for less pain in lower end of body. Great class if you suffer with arthritis, want to get back to being more active or just want to learn how to heal your joints. Always donation based, suggest $20. Namaste`

Yep Fascia release Yoga with me today and every Friday 10am Karma Yoga in the Park!!
The key to releasing tightness, soothing aches, and freeing your body is in your fascia. Fascia is the connective tissue that holds our bodies together, and when it becomes inflamed, tense, or bound up, it can lead to physical ailments and pain.
