1. Roasted beets and butternut squash: mixed greens, beets, squash, pomegranate, walnuts, goat cheese ~ $10/each
2. Quinoa Mushroom Bowl: quinoa, spinach, mushrooms, chickpeas, Parmesan ~ $12/each
3. Pumpkin Pie Overnight Oats: oats, Greek yogurt, nut milk, maple syrup, pumpkin purée ~ $3.50 each

1. Antipasto salad: mixed greens, Persian cucumber, cherry tomatoes, mozzarella, olives, pepperoncini, sunflower seeds with lemon vinaigrette ~ $9
2. Lentil and Kale Bowl: kale, lentils, almonds, feta, capers, cucumber, parsley ~ $10
3. Almond cinnamon energy bites: almond flour, almond butter, chia seeds, honey, flax meal, choc chips ~ $1.50 each

1. Rainbow salad: mixed greens, purple cabbage, shredded carrots, Persian cucumber, radish, blueberries, sunflower seeds with balsamic vinaigrette ~ $9
2. Spaghetti squash “Bolognese”: spaghetti squash, vegetarian Bolognese sauce (carrots, celery, mushrooms, tomatoes) ~ $10
3. Matcha energy bites: almond flour, cocoa, matcha, coconut oil, shredded coconut ~ $1.50 each

1. Papaya Salad: red onion, arugula, papaya, Persian cucumbers, jalapeño, cilantro lime dressing ~ $9
2. Sweet potato “taco” bowl: roasted sweet potatoes, black beans, quinoa, corn, tomatoes, avocado dressing ~ $10
3. Cookie Dough energy bites (GF, no refined sugar): cashew butter, oats, flax meal, shredded coconut, chocolate chips ~ $1.50 ea

August is the best time for fresh produce, with abundance of stone fruit (peaches, nectarines, plums), corn, peppers, zucchini. This weekend, I hit the farmers market in Laguna Niguel for my weekly meal prep ingredients. I got the juiciest peaches for this week’s corn and peach quinoa salad. I also used my own hydroponically grown cilantro to make a creamy cilantro ranch dressing. I’ll be sharing the recipe in my stories. Hope you are all enjoying all the amazing summer produce!

1. Blueberry Chickpea salad: baby greens, red cabbage,chickpeas, blueberries, dates, h**p seeds. Served with maple tahini dressing ~ $9.
2. Peach and Corn salad: quinoa, peaches, roasted corn, pumpkin seeds, feta, red onion, cilantro ranch ~ $9
3. Double chocolate energy bites: oat flour, peanut butter, maple syrup, mini choc chips ~ $1.50 ea

1. Buddha Bowl: sweet potatoes, Brussels sprouts, chickpeas, kale, red onions, tahini drizzle sauce ~ $9. Add a small avocado (on the side): $1.50/each
2. Watermelon Feta salad: watermelon, arugula, feta, basil, lemon vinaigrette ~ $9
3. Churro energy bites: oats, pecans, almond butter, cinnamon ~ $1.50 ea

2. Cauliflower Fried Rice: cauliflower rice, egg, carrots, peas, coconut aminos ~ $9
3. Matcha coconut energy bites ~ $1.25 ea

2. Spaghetti Squash Pad Thai: spaghetti squash, carrots, purple cabbage, peanut butter, cilantro, green onions, garbanzo beans. ~ $9
3. Chocolate Mocha Energy bites: GF oats, cocoa powder, almond butter, espresso powder, Enjoy Life chocolate chips ~ $1.25 ea

Please place your orders by tomorrow morning. ********************************Menu for the week of April 11 - April 16. Delivery or pick up is Sunday (04/11).
