HypnoFitness is Claudia Micco’s breakthrough process that gives her students the ability to shatter the barriers holding them back from achieving their health and fitness goals. She is the creator of HypnoFitness, her breakthrough process that merges cognitive self-hypnosis with exercise. Claudia specializes in Trauma Sensitive Fitness, is an ACE certified and ERYT Yoga Alliance teacher, trainer, and continuing education provider. HypnoFitness, Claudia’s breakthrough process, gives her students the self-control to break through their barriers of negative self-talk and negative self-image. Barriers that have held them back from achieving their health and fitness goals. Through HypnoFitness, customized exercises are created that include positive thinking, positive self-talk and action. These exercises improve, stimulate, and maintain the health of the student’s whole being. Claudia’s customized verbal cues are messages of inspiration, information, and scientific theories about how the body works. Through her unique workouts, drawn from many fitness modalities, students become aware of their brain and how it works. The result? Students know what to think, what to say to themselves and what to do to create the health and fitness they seek. Claudia’s passion is working with 50+ women, women navigating menopause, CPTSD survivors, and women with special conditions like thyroid disease. Claudia herself has Graves Disease, which is currently in remission—she describes it as, “Walking on a tightrope.” She knows from experience the demands of living with an autoimmune disorder and also knows the challenges of recovering from injury and accidents.
