A Dynamic Difference with Demetrise
Cinnamon Cottage Cheese Cups
🛒 Ingredients (4-6 oz ramekins; makes 2-3 servings):
• Cottage cheese: 1 cup (240 g)
• Large egg: 1 (50 g)
• Maple syrup, honey, or granulated sweetener of choice: 1-2 tablespoons (15-30 mL)
• Vanilla extract: 1 teaspoon (5 mL)
• Ground cinnamon: ½ - 1 teaspoon (1-2 g)
• Pinch of salt: to taste (optional)
• Cooking spray or oil: for greasing
👩🍳 Directions:
1️⃣ Preheat your air fryer to 325°F (160°C). Lightly grease 2-3 silicone or oven-safe ramekins (about 4-6 oz each) with cooking spray.
2️⃣ In a blender or using an immersion blender, combine the cottage cheese, egg, sweetener, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and a pinch of salt (if using). Blend until completely smooth.
3️⃣ Divide the batter evenly among the prepared cups. Place them in the air fryer basket, leaving space between for air circulation.
4️⃣ Air fry for 14-16 minutes, until the tops are set and the centers no longer jiggle when gently shaken. They will puff up slightly.
5️⃣ Let the cups cool for at least 10 minutes; they will deflate slightly and firm up as they cool. Enjoy warm, at room temperature, or chilled from the refrigerator.
Oven Instructions: Preheat oven to 325°F (160°C). Bake cups in a water bath for 25-30 minutes, until set.
