This is what I see all the time… and it’s exactly why so many women never actually achieve what they say they want in their health.

They don’t fail.

They don’t quit.

They just… stop too soon.

They go from feeling exhausted, overwhelmed, and last in their own life…
to feeling a little better, a little more in control…

and they settle there.

Because “better” feels good compared to where they started.

And I get it.

But that was never the goal.

You didn’t say you wanted to feel a little better.
You said you wanted to feel confident.
Strong.
Like yourself again.

And that requires more than just getting out of survival mode.

So yes, be proud of your progress!

Just don’t let it become the reason you stop short of the life you said you wanted.

3 things I would tell you as a women’s health specialist if I wasn’t afraid to hurt your feelings. PS I’m not.
1. You don’t have a “slow metabolism”… you have inconsistent habits and no real strategy.
You’re either all in or completely off. Your body isn’t confused, you’re just not giving it anything consistent to work with.
2. You’re not eating too much… you’re eating all over the place.
Skipping meals, under-eating, then overeating later is not discipline, it’s dysfunction. And it’s keeping you stuck.
3. You keep putting yourself last and then wondering why you don’t feel like yourself.
You can’t build confidence, energy, or results from the leftovers of your life.

If you’re serious about your results and feeling confident, this is where you stop winging it and start doing things right.

Because the woman you want to be?
She handles this differently.

You want confidence?
Stop acting like you don’t matter.

You’re last for everything.
Last to eat.
Last to rest.
Last to move your body.
Last to even think about what you need.

And then you question why you feel off… stuck… disconnected.

No s**t.

This is what I see with almost every woman who comes into my program:

Yes, your metabolism needs support.
Yes, your strategy needs work.

But the real problem?

You’ve built a life where you are optional.

Everyone else gets your time.
Your energy.
Your effort.

You get the scraps.

And confidence does not come from scraps.

It comes from discipline.
From keeping your word to yourself.
From deciding your needs are not up for negotiation anymore.

Because right now?
You are negotiable in your own life.

And that is the exact reason you do not trust yourself.

This is not about being selfish.
It is about finally becoming someone you can rely on.

The woman you keep saying you want to be?
She does not come last.
She does not wait for leftovers.
She does not ask for permission.

She decides. And she follows through.

When your nutrition and your training aren’t aligned, your body will reflect that.

It’s just the truth! You cannot outwork your diet if you’re not eating in a way that actually supports your goals.

You can’t be “perfect” all week and fall off every weekend.
You can’t have a 2… or 3 🙃 wine nightcap every night and expect to be aligned.

You can be insanely athletic, jumping on tall boxes and lifting heavy as hell… and still not look the way you want. Ask me how I know 😅

I’m going to be honest with you guys. I spent the first two thirds of my career living in extremes, trying to outwork and cover up a poor relationship with food. And it got to a point where I couldn’t hide it anymore. I have no shame in admitting that. (That perspective is kind of my super power)

And that’s exactly why I do what I do now.

I’m sitting here eating chicken parmesan…

…and there are two types of women watching this.

One is thinking, “Wait… she’s eating that? Isn’t that breaking the diet?”

The other is thinking, “She cooks most of her meals at home? That’s kinda extreme…”

And I’m just like…

how did we get here?

Since when did eating real food become “off plan”…

and cooking your meals at home become extreme?

All food groups are allowed.
Eating at home is not dieting.

But somewhere along the way, we made both feel wrong…

and now women are stuck thinking they’re either doing too much or not enough no matter what they do.

So they stay stuck.
Starting over.
Second guessing everything.

This is the exact cycle I help women get out of inside my Metabolic Rebuild Method.

I made a post yesterday about being hot… and if I’m being honest, I had a moment of hesitation.

Like… who says that? How self-absorbed does that sound?

But that’s exactly why I posted it.

Because somewhere along the way, women, especially moms, were conditioned to believe that feeling hot, confident, and fully in their body is inappropriate. Like once you become a mom, that version of you is just off the table.

And I’m not buying that.

Having a healthy metabolism is hot.
Feeling strong and confident in your body is hot.
Being a mom and still making yourself a priority in your own life is hot.

You don’t lose that. You don’t age out of that. You don’t have to earn that.

You deserve to feel your absolute best, and yes, that includes feeling hot as hell in your own skin.

I’m not afraid to own that.

And you shouldn’t be either.

If you’re only watching the scale… you probably would’ve thought this wasn’t working.

Because this transformation?
Five pounds. Even though it looks like twenty.

And I know there were moments in this where it felt frustrating.

Not because she wasn’t doing what she needed to do,
but because for a long time she believed that progress was supposed to look like the number on the scale going down.

So when that didn’t happen consistently,
it felt like she was doing something wrong.

And this is exactly where most women quit.

Because if the scale is the only thing you’re looking at,
you’ll miss everything else that’s actually changing.

And there was a lot changing here.

Her body was changing.
Her shape was changing.
The way she felt in her body was changing.

And a big part of that…
her metabolism was being supported in a way that made sense for her.

This is the part we had to rewrite.

What health actually looks like.
And how it’s actually achieved.

Not through extremes.
Not through constantly trying to force the scale down.

But through learning how to fuel your body,
move with intention,
and stay consistent in a way that actually fits your life.

That’s what allows results like this to happen…
and actually last.

I think that’s what most women are really looking for,
even if they don’t know how to put it into words yet.

Not another diet…
but something they can stay consistent with and feel good doing.

If you actually knew what was waiting for you on the other side of personal ownership… setting boundaries… getting comfortable being uncomfortable… and finally making yourself a priority in your own life… you wouldn’t still be thinking about it. You would’ve committed yesterday.

But instead, so many women sit back and tell themselves, “that’s not for me” or “that could never be me.”

Let me be very clear… it’s not that it’s not for you. It’s that you haven’t decided yet.

Because feeling healthy, confident, strong in your own skin… that is not reserved for a select few women who have more time, more discipline, or better genetics.
