Happy Sunday!! It's going to be a great week with all you hard working folks.
Our Word of the Week is FOCUS 🔎
On a sunny day, you can take a magnifying glass outdoors and focus it on a piece of paper to start a fire. Think about how powerful that is. You're harnessing the power of the sun because of one thing - focus!

This week I want to remind you to focus on the things you can control..
Your workouts
What you eat
What time you go to sleep
Your daily routine
Don't waste time and energy what you can't control. It will only exhaust you and make you feel powerless. Your focus is a precious resource....put it on things that matter!

Here's our workout schedule for the upcoming week. If you see a 💪 emoji then it's a Strength Day. If you see 💦 emoji then it's a Conditioning Day.

Saturday - TBA This will be programmed by Coach Dustin & our Rock Star Coaches with some never before Fun exercises. Well, maybe several you never seen. But it will be a fun morning capped off with the 💥 Body Weight Mastery Workshop. 💥

HABIT FOCUS OF THE MONTH
Every month we focus on building one habit while stacking on the habits of the previous months.
This month, we are focusing on water consumption. The goal is to consume 1/2 your bodyweight in ounces of water.
For example, someone who is 150 lbs needs 75 ounces of water while someone who is 200 lbs need 100 ounces daily.
Listen up to the Coaches at the end of the sessions. They will be giving tips on how to get more water in your day. Bottoms up to your water consumption 🚰

CRAZY SOCK THEME WORKOUT
My final announcement for today is about our theme workout that is taking place this Saturday at all sessions.
It's our Crazy Sock Workout 🧦
We encourage you to wear your craziest socks and make sure to wear them with short or over your pants so we can see them! 👀
We want to have a good laugh and see what socks you have in your collection. Be sure to wear your socks proudly at your workout this Saturday, March 17. Who ever shows up wearing their Kraziest socks, will be entered to win a real nice prize in a drawing after the last class.
