With six years at North Florida, she brings consistency and clarity to her role as Lead CSR and CPAP/BiPAP Coordinator. She sets clear expectations, ensures accurate order intake, and educates patients on proper equipment use—knowing that compliance and consistency are essential to successful outcomes.
Bethany leads by empowering patients to take ownership of their care while maintaining high standards of efficiency. As both a guide and motivator, she helps ensure processes are followed correctly and patients feel confident throughout their journey.
Outside of work, Bethany is deeply family-oriented. Whether she’s at the beach or enjoying quiet time in the hunting woods, she values being present with her children and loved ones. Her greatest motivation is ensuring those around her feel cared for, safe, and supported—and you may not know she also enjoys a good Nicholas Sparks novel.

Job Title: DME/CPAP Specialist
With Us Since: April 1995
Meet Maryann, a true cornerstone of our team since 1995! She is always ready to assist customers, answer questions, and make sure they get the support and supplies they need — all with a smile and caring heart. No two days are the same, but her dedication to customer service never wavers.

Outside of work, Maryann is happiest near the water — whether fishing (especially catching big ones!) or simply enjoying the beach. With a big heart for family, especially her grandbabies, she finds joy in helping and caring for the elderly.

A fun fact about Maryann? She’s a little shy, but once you get to know her, you’ll see just how warm and genuine she is. When asked about superpowers, she humbly says, “I’m content being who I am.” I would argue that she already has one: a natural ability to make you feel special, understood, and cared for. She is truly the sweetest.

One of her dreams is a visit to Colorado, but until then, she’s happy working with her North Florida team, which she proudly calls 'family.'

This Month we are shining the spotlight on someone very special- Wendy, who has been part of the North Florida Medical family for an incredible 23 years!

Wendy truly is the jack of all trades and the heart of our branch. As Branch Manager, she ensures that everything runs smoothly day in and day out. From accounts payable an audits to inventory and even stepping in wherever she is needed, Wendy does it all with dedication and a smile.

Outside of work, Wendy’s passions are just as inspiring. She loves cheering on college ball games, spending time at the beach, and most of all, spoiling her grandchildren. A proud patriot, Wendy also loves celebrating our country and honoring those who have fought to keep us free.

We are so grateful to have Wendy on our team. Her commitment, versatility, and heart for both her work and her family make her an irreplaceable part of North Florida Medical.
