Over the last 24 years of building HD Hair Design and 10 years of The Annual Dreamer’s Conference, there was a season where I looked successful on paper… but I was failing in my soul.

I was paying the high costs of "doing business" —

…because I thought that’s what a leader had to do.

I was 'busy' — but I wasn’t free.

I realized I had built a "Corporation"
