She believed not only in the importance of academics, but also developing the whole child...through care of self, care of the environment and through movement.
This is why and go so well together. They encompass similar thoughts and ideals.
Montessori Minds Yoga combines these two ideas to help nurture the child in a number of ways; intellectually, physically and emotionally.

Everyone meet my new buddy!!!
He came to California all the way from Australia!!!! I am so grateful to Mindful Kiddo and Small Yogis for my new friend! Thank you!
I named him Kai, which has different meanings. My favorites are warrior and earth, which tie in nicely with our yoga, and practices.
With it being , I think it's fitting that Kai and I share with you some mindfulness & meditation apps and resources for kids!
