We all are Energy ✨️ and we all carry a vibration. Understanding what energy or what vibration you are emitting is something some people learn later in life or not at all.

Attracting what you want is through your own energy. 💫 This is something I have been working on. I am also trying to teach my kids. I encourage them to change their perspective. 🙃 Especially with school. I encourage them to find something they like in school and enjoy going to school for that reason. Then eventually you will gradually like it more and more.

This brings me to today...

While shifting how I explain this to my son, I asked him to find a time in the past that brought him pure happiness. Something that brings an instant smile to his face. 😁 When he found it, I encouraged him to remember that feeling while he was sitting in AP Geography today. To teach himself to have that feeling even in places that isn't his favorite. If you can start training yourself to have that feeling even in geography, then eventually you can have that feeling more and more. 💜

We all have that capability.

Go throughout the day with that energy. That feeling of pure happiness. If you lose it for some reason, take a breath and bring yourself back and continue on your day.

If you have gotten this far.... the best part!!! After my son got out of the car, the perfect song came on. It almost brought me to tears! Happy tears. 😂 Call it the algorithm or Pandora listening to us! I believe it is the universe telling me I am right on track! Either way, perfect timing. 💗

What a good way to start the day. I am going to carry that energy throughout the day!

Start each day with that feeling of pure happiness and see where it takes you.

Each month, my co-workers ask to have a meditation day. Today was that day. 10 people showed up and loved it. It is so empowering to share your passion with those who want to learn and are eager to grow.

I am so thankful for my job and the people I work with.

Today is a day full of new possibilities and continuing to embark on new adventures.

New year, new opportunities. Getting ready for the new moon.

Signs of Peace and Harmony!!!

While studying the Thoth deck, The High Priestess, and the 2's, a white dove🕊 flew over me.🤩

The High Prestess is about harmony, self trust, and balance between the Ying and Yang aspects of ones self. The 2's are about balance and peace, mentally, emotionally, spiritually, and physically.

White doves call in inner peace and balance, its about letting go of the past and create harmony in their lives.

The New Moon is upon us this week. It feels like a good time to manifest more peace, harmony, and self trust into my life!

In the journey to learn oneself, there are different places to focus. In the last year, I have taken personality tests, learned my lifetime spiritual symbol, been given awards, and given a different title at work that all point to leadership. I find it very interesting and intriguing. 🤔
The version of myself, where I feel aligned yet, struggles to be assertive are a constant battle. I am learning to take the warrior path and guide myself in the area of leadership (the warrior).
