Kristen's First Track Day at Buttonwillow Raceway Park with OnGrid! GREAT fun an epic day with Kaustav Acharya, Arvind Govindaraj, and Dhiraj Jadhav!

No timing equipment - but we do have video - hard to tell what the fast lap was from it due to TONS of traffic in beginner, but the goal was to get comfy with extracting SPEED and having all the smiles, and THAT was indeed achieved!

Kristen lays down a .541 win in GS at Cal Club Solo Autocross in her GTI freshly serviced by HG Performance!

Car felt great all morning and she finished P1 and laid down a 35.1 in her second set of runs!

Kristen had the lead in the AM but dropped to P2 - heat in the afternoon and the thicker 5W40 Motul spiked oil temps and the car fell out of LC at the line causing inconsistent launches and odd limp mode - digging deep for tomorrow to chase down the talented Laurie McKelvey!

Back to back weekend at Crows Landings a huge success driving a low power GTI last weekend in Ladies combined and a mid engine rwd car with 414hp this weekend - her third event on the car!

And that’s a wrap for the Crows Landing SCCA National Tour - Kristen took home the win in her new GTI with a good margin with an 11 deep class. This weekend was some great laughs and camaraderie!

Not the result she was hoping for given the debilitating migraine and hand tremors from the pinched nerve in the neck but Kristen Finished the Vegas Tour.

If she ran combined ladies class she’d have been second out of 8 very talented gals.
